I have been a fan of Thomann for their excellent product selection, but my recent experience with their customer support left much to be desired. I paid extra for fast delivery (DHL), but my shipment has been delayed with no clear explanation or resolution offered. Despite their estimated delivery times, my order is stuck in an inspection process since the 9th, and the customer service team provided canned responses without offering meaningful help. Worse yet, when I requested to speak to a manager, I was denied any direct contact, which feels like poor business practice and customer care. While their products are top-notch, Thomann’s shipping estimates and customer service need serious improvement to ensure customers get the experience they pay for.

Purchasing - not great. Large items can take WEEKS to get through customs, and they often take days to send them. Returns/Warranty - terrible. After over a week "awaiting a response from the manufacturer" I gave up - went direct to the manufacturer, and was responded to within a couple of hours, and item collected at their cost the next working day. Thomann seem to absolve themselves of all liability here, and its woeful. Cheap prices though, but I've learnt that this is not the be all and end all - I'll definitely be supporting my local stores much more in the future.

bad customer service, if you write them emails a bot will respond you. quality control is not a thing anymore, everything about thomann got worse during and after covid i guess? they send you stuff that clearly has been used with faulty components (it happened 3/4 times now) in one year. goodbye forever thomann

Received damaged item UPS picked up item for claim and left damage tag. contacted these bastards and got no response. had to file a case with my credit card company. BEWARE.

First of all bad costumer service.They have some certain things that they say to all costumers and thats it.No solution to your problem,nothing!!Its like you talk with a machine that repeats the same things for different cases over and over again.Secondly the worst returning policy I ever experienced.I order a pair of studio monitor and it was defective!!I told them that its very important for my job to get the new speakers very soon .They said that they had only one delivery option first with Hellenic post and then with DHL- Deutsche post.If I knew that its gonna take 1 month from Greece to Germany (I receive things from US in 2 weeks) then maybe I would keep the speakers and try to fix them here in Greece!!!
