Living in the USA, I was hesitant to order a large e-drum kit from halfway around the world, but Thomanns great prices and positive customer reviews convinced me to take the chance. I could not be happier! Delivery was surprisingly fast and the product was very well packaged and complete. After several months, I discovered an issue with a feature I had not yet used in the drums control module. Thomanns customer service quickly walked me through a software upgrade the next day and when that did not fix the problem they contacted the manufacturer and had the part I needed shipped to me and at my door at no additional cost, much sooner than I had expected. I can't get customer service this fast and reliable from businesses in my home town! These folks are friendly, proffesional and quick to respond. To everyone in customer service, a huge thank you!
