First purchase from Thomann from the USA and not only was it the best price for the eurorack module I was looking for, it somehow managed to travel halfway around the world to me in a day and a half (I chose DHL). Ordered on a Sunday, it shipped on Monday and was on my doorstep in NY on Wednesday afternoon. Meanwhile I'm still waiting for domestic shipments from over a week ago, and they ultimately cost me more. What a great discovery, thanks Thomann!

I have ordered from Thomann multiple times now and every time the service has been fantastic. before every order goes out a customer services rep contacts me to verify my order and let me know of any potential issues that may arise with customs etc. But every order has arrived quickly and safely packaged and even with higher shipping costs still saves me a lot of money. I always check with Thomann before I order any gear in America.

I just happily received my Moeck Boxwood Hotteterre 415 tenor. It arrived in New Mexico in less than 5 days! I can't get things in the US that fast. The price was fantastic! It was hundreds less than I could get it here in the States and they had it in stock. I have nothing but praise for Thomann. It was recommended to me by my friend and I have recommended it to all of my friends. 10 out of 10. Oh, and the instrument is beautiful. It has an incredible full tone. Thanks Thomann.

I received my Harley Benton PB 50 in fiesta red. received in 4 days, Wow! The price for this bass is remarkable, the fit and finish are spot on. The neck pocket is tight, there are no frets that will scrape along your hand on either side of the neck. For this price, the neck requires an adjustment. Every bass purchase requires this! I cut the nut down as needed, adjusted the string heights and of course the intonation of strings. I replaced the stock round-wounds with flat wound strings. The pickup measured an 8.3 quite hot. Large poles on this bass. The unit came with paint shielding, very quiet. This Bass weighs in at 8.5 lbs, Lighter than I expected.

Sent an amp for a repair along with its footswitch and power cable. Amp was fixed but they didn't send the footswitch and cable back to me claiming that I didn't send them. Sadly I had no proof (picture) of sending the stuff. They said they can't do anything so now I'm left with an amp without a footswitch. They simply lost my stuff and then claimed I didn't send them.

I bought the Sire s7 B stock in a very cheap price. Very fast delivery. It actually arrived ahead of the schedule delivery day. The item is packed well. Highly recommended

Bought a B stock piano it was faulty and they failed to collect it when they said they would. Have wasted a whole working day waiting in for collection that never can. Awful customer service won’t be using them again.

Received a Hohner discovery 48 harmonica today. After just a few minutes of trying it out, I was disappointed with the sound and immediately wanted to return this harmonica. This turned out not to be possible. Wind instruments with reeds cannot be returned. Not even if they have not been tested, I was told. Nowhere is the buyer warned about this by Thomann Music. Very disappointing. So be sure of your purchase before you purchase a wind instrument with reeds here. Returns are not possible In Nederlands: Vandaag een Hohner discovery 48 mondharmonica ontvangen. Na slechts enkele minuten uitproberen viel mij het geluid tegen en wilde ik deze mondharmonica gelijk retour sturen. Dit bleek niet mogelijk. Blaasinstrumenten met rieten kunnen niet retour gestuurd worden. Ook niet, als ze niet uitgetest zijn, werd mij medegedeeld. Nergens wordt de koper hiervoor gewaarschuwd door Thomann Music. Heel teleurstellend. Ben dus zeker van je koop voordat je een blaasinstrument met rieten hier aanschaft. Retourneren is niet mogelijk

You guys come a LOOOOONG WAY with the quality of your guitars. I have bought several of them and I cannot help but notice the improvements done to them. This latest purchase of a HB SC Custom ll is proof of this, the instrument is flawless, perfect in every sense of the word. It sounds and plays as good as a Gibson or Epiphone LP at a fraction of the cost. The hard case was beautiful and impecable. I compared it to two other similar guitar cases that I purchased at Walmart for my Harley Bentons at double the price and with poor quality. Thanks Thomann, keep on doing a good job and I,ll keep on being a faithful customer.

I live in a large city in the US and while there are good local music stores, giant Sweetwater and even more giant Amazon there are many items that Thomann sells that have no equivalents. Their flight cases are very sturdy and priced at what gig bags sell for locally. They have software deals that can't be found anywhere else. They have great deals on B-stock returns to tempt the adventurous. And their meditation/music therapy department has no equal.

Thomann has a terrific variety of items in stock, fantastic customer service, and extremely prompt shipping! On two occasions, I've needed a hard-to-find item in a hurry, and, not only did they have those items in stock - but their regular shipping got them to me (overseas) in less than a week(once, during the Christmas rush)! I've been extremely pleased with the service I've received from Thomann, and will continue to shop there and recommend them to others.

My HB guitar was lost in delivery somewhere in Kentucky, and after a few days of working with the delivery company, which seem to be going nowhere, I contacted Thomann customer service. Should have contacted them first! Within a business week, I had a replacement order in my hands! ***** I own other Harley Benton guitars and I find the quality to price ratio hard to find in other instruments. All of my previous shipments have been very quick coming across the Atlantic, and this shipment was also once I involved Thomann! Thank you,
