Horrible experience. 10 days after having bought a piano, it has not arrived yet. Actually the delivery company has confirmed to me that they have hired an economic road transport instead than a plane transport which is what is offered on their website (up to 4 days).
After contacting them several days, they say that it can take up to two weeks which is not the service offered at their website.
Still waiting for my violin. The only response I have from them is “please be patient”. Im really frustated with the service.
