I ordered a guitar which was in stock; delivery 48 hours they said.
A parcel was shipped 6 days later; then the parcel was left somewhere for another 6 days. Finally the parcel arrived in the "delivery country", which was wrong, 1000 km away.
I cancelled the order.
Since the products had not been delivered, Thomann was still their owner but refused to reimburse until further investigation.
Awful service. No customer support.
I had been an occasional customer for 15 years but never again. I will NOT recommend Thomann due to inexistent service.
