Not reliable delivery. Article went around for days; transportation ignored all agreed delivery times.
Needed to call Germany to discover where the parcel was which we finally got from a post office locker.
Thomann was informed of this reckless behaviour but did not care. They stated their commitment was to have the parcel “reach Spain”. .
