Your customer service and communication are fantastic! I love the 1st Harley Benton TE80 guitar I bought so I just order the BM75.
Regarding the TE80, it was massively heavy. I had a luthier route over a pound out of the back to make it lighter. It has an amazing neck. I also got the leopard pickguard and the Kinman pickups that Prince used. I play it all the time!
