First time customer from the USA. Had questions and email response was prompt and answers were helpful. The order was out the door in a day. Shipping was a bit more and most US based suppliers offer free shipping but fairly quick shipping from a reliable shipper was used and the package made it from Germany to California in a week. It was well packed and everything arrived in tact. The price was by far lower than anyone stateside and on a just under $500 order the savings were $177 even when factoring in the shipping cost.
