After much research I chose to order a Scandalli accordion from Thomann. I live in California USA and found Thomann had much better pricing than ordering it in the states, so I took the plunge! The customer service was outstanding and kept me informed of every part of shipping process. It went smoothly and arrived on time and in perfect condition! Thank you Thomann.
