I received a faulty product in a recent order. My sales contact was very prompt in returning my question for help, briefly helped me troubleshoot the device, contacted the manufacturer for more information, then quickly put me in contact with customer service to get a replacement sent to me at their expense. I had a new device in less than 10 days, including shipping from Germany to the US.
Thomann has excellent service. I will continue to buy from them for all of my music gear needs for the high quality service alone.
