I bought a microphone from Thomann that turned out to be defective. I’m not going to mention the manufacturer because every once in a while, these things happen and it’s certainly not Thomann’s fault.
I reported it to Thomann, they asked me to send them a short video of the mic malfunctioning and now a replacement mic will soon be on its way to me. My issue was handled promptly and flawlessly.
This is my first purchase from Thomann but it won’t be my last. A very professional outfit!
