I ordered an ibanez JEM I am EXTREMELY disappointed after waiting so long for this guitar to arrive. The damage to the guitar has nothing to do with the packaging.
The transparent pickguard surface has multiple scratches around it and even has dirt behind it like it was used and then repacked.
Very disheartening to receive such a product from such a reputed company like Thomann
