Very good stock and fast service. Sadly, however, when things go wrong their service falls flat. Having bought an expensive guitar, I had to return it to be fixed. It was sent back unfixed. At that point they were unwilling to proceed further with either a proper fix or a refund, even though they had admitted the guitar was faulty.
If you buy a good instrument from them, I am sure you will be happy with their prices and delivery. If things go wrong steer well clear.
