I received a Thomas Sabo necklace as a gift, and the material that makes the necklace has become brittle and started breaking. It was only worn 4 times.
This is disappointing for any jewellery as it shouldn't happen ever, let alone for a higher end brand necklace over $50. Customer service simply tell me to pay for a repair. I would not buy a Thomas Sabo product ever.
