Been ordering from them the past 6 months and never really had issues with them. The cigars I ordered were not stale or dried out and the pricing is decent for what you get. My only complaint is my ordered claiming it has been shipped 3 days before it actually ships out. Even then I still get my cigars within a week of my orders (I live in Alaska so its average time for any order up here). After reading reviews though, I will be switching to another company to avoid the issues others are having or have had.
