CSR constantly tell lies to amuse you with absolutely no intention of honoring their word. This is constantly, I can't remember a time when I wasn't lied to aboutnot having to sens a damaged item back, to being told that I'd be given a full refund when in all actuality, I was give a partial due to no fault of my own.
