First time ordering cigars here. ordered for a friend of mine to congratulate him on his home. They never showed up. come to find out, they're stuck in limbo because thompson cigar never paid shipping label. reached out and they said they corrected it but alas, it's still stuck in limbo. Now i'm being ignored or it takes a long time to get help. Would highly suggest shopping local or somewhere more reputable because they lack customer service. Seems like they take your money and run.

had a order last month paid for 2 day shipping ha ha kept telling me order was at post office ha ha took 3 weeks to get yes and from what i see on here and on better business site place has tons of complaints and issues now

Thompson Cigars is a lost cause! Been a member since 2016 and back then had no problems. Now they are a farce and a confusing mess! Example: Made an order October 14th paying for two-day shipping and received a conformation email. October 16th received an email stating the order was delivered on "JULY 12TH"! To Lincoln,Mi. Click on, "Track your Order" reveals, "Awaiting Carrier Pick up"! The place is a joke. Don't bother calling Customer Service. They're in BFE on the other side of the globe and couldn't care less. Remeber, this is the second time this sort of thing has happened. That's it for me friends. Thompson cigars can pack it up for all I care. I'll order from someone else from now on.

This company just enrolled me in their 14.95 a minute nth plan without telling me anything.They then turned that plan over to Affinion Group to collect off of my credit card hiding it under their name without telling me.So watch your credit card payments.These guys are Shadey!

Ordered in the past with no real problems but this time recently I accidentally ordered something on a Sunday and five minutes after I ordered I realized I ordered the wrong cigars and canceled the order. Of course I got the ominous email saying they couldn't cancel the order that it had already been shipped. I called them the next day and complained that I would have to pay return shipping. I got an email saying to call back if the shipping wasn't rufunded. The shipping was not refunded as you might have guessed. Now Thompson's will lose my future busuness over a few dollars by their poor policies.

Thompson Cigar Company companies shipping Operation is a joke. Thompson advertises shipping for $12 and change and state that it will be a two day delivery no matter how much you pay it seems as you get the delivery when with is ready to send it

I called Thompson personally and place the order the order was canceled. I never got a email or anything to tell me that the order was canceled and wanna call back to find out what happened I was told it was canceled. I got hung up very poor service. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, none was available, of course

These guys are idiots. I've been using them for years, and recently I've been placing orders paying for 2 day and even next day shipping. Only to find that 2 days later, they aren't even shipped yet. Their customer service is outsourced to Philippines, and they are trying to be overly nice and polite without even addressing the problem. I've wasted countless hours on the phone with these guys over the past 2 weeks and haven't even been able to receive a single order. Their competition at jrcigars.com and famous-smoke.com and cigarpage and cigars direct ship orders IMMEDIATELY without any of the stupid issues that Thompson seems to be facing. This company is disappointing, and I highly recommend you take your business to any other cigar website or any of the ones I've listed, so you can assure that when you place an order it's going to be shipped and you'll receive it on time. Thanks for wasting my time and money Thompson, you've lost a customer and you have someone who will talk negatively about you when given the opportunity to suggest cigar websites to others.

Oder $170 Fuente box Saturday . Changed my mind .Repeatedly tried to cancel from Saturday through Sunday through emails and direct messages! Got ahold of person Monday 8:45 am to be informed I should have called before 3 pm over the weekend and that the order was already on its way! Had no idea about calling before 3 pm and no message or info on website. Now I’ve got to drive 30 to 40 minutes each way to take to UPS! Nice little system they’ve got!!!

If I could give them zero stars I would. These scamming scumbags put you in a club if you buy something from them and then charge you $14.95/month for absolutely nothing in return. I will NEVER EVER in a million years buy another single item from these bastards. I don’t care if they’re selling Liga Privada’s for $1. Soaked me for $150. Nothing would make me happier than to see them fail miserably. Bankruptcy.

I’ve had the worst online shopping experience with Thompson Cigars! I called four separate times trying get an update on my order. They finally shipped the order out nine days after it placed. However they were to ship it overnight and did not do so. Plus, I was told they would include a lighter and cigar cutter but when I called again I was told they don’t provide those free of charge regardless of the inconvenience they’ve caused the customer. I would never place another order with Thompson cigar company. They don’t care about the customer or the inconveniences they’ve caused.

THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS THAT LOCK YOU INTO A CLUB WITHOUT YOU KNOWING BY GIVING YOU SOMETHING FOR FREE IF YOU ACCEPT YOU ARE SCREWED! Ordered on July 2nd paid for 3 day still don't have 7/16/24. They are terrible less than one star and you have to deal with people in Manila who don't speak english you can understand!

These guys are a joke. I have purchased from them over the years because they were the only cheap game in town. Fortunately, there are now a few much more reputable internet cigar sellers. From the beginning, their product was unpredictable. have gotten some that were too wet, too dry or just poorly make. this last time i ordered two packs of on rafrael fumas for $90. They arrived too moist. tried for a while to dry them out but no luck. Then realized i missed the 30 day return window. So, might as welll have spent the money on a prostitute! these should never have gotten out the door. In their greed they lost a customer forever. I will NEVER buy from them again. My bad for thinking they had gotten better. Heed the bad reviews and go with Cigars international or Holts. way better quality.

These freaks randomly sent a box of cigars to my house, unsolicited. I mean... they wrote my name and address on the box and everything, so I know it wasn't just mis-delivered. WTF is up with that? Nobody in my house smokes, nor ever has. I get enough junk mail in my mailbox. Do I really need to defend myself against special delivery junk mail now? Who DOES that? Seriously, WTF people?

If I could give half or no star, I would. Ordered over a month ago and they have not shipped or even processed the order. However, they have already charged my card..... TWICE!!! For the same order. I have called my credit card company to dispute the charges... STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS

I placed an order that was a gift when I received I sent it immediately to PR without checking it wasn't my first time using this company when they opened the box were the wrong items. They sent me 3 products double so I called and complained and all the different options that I was offered benefit the company not the consumer so I lost $240.00. Really poor customer service and the guy was talking to me like I was trying to still the cigars.

shipping was slow and they were to send it out again on next day delivery and never showed, told would be next day, never showed. cancelled my order after almost 30 days of waiting. i dont think they sent out either order but charged mycredit card like they did. dont buy from them
