Have purchased from them before with no real issues. Last time the order never arrived. Emailed Customer Service with order number and receipt from PayPal to prove I ordered and that they took my money. They always say there is no such order number and they cannot help. After three attempts to get resolved I gave up and PayPal refunded my money. Will never use them again. Their service is a joke.
