Placed an order for my dad's retirement celebration. After the delivery date passed with no updates, I finally contacted their customer support chat and they said they were holding the order until I called them to verify my information. I asked what information they needed and he couldn't tell me unless I called them.
I just had them cancel my order. Not worth the headache of dealing with them.
