I purchased from Thompson Cigar in the past. They have now come up with a new company Total Values Plus which says it is a third party company but billing is done by Thompson. They bill you $14.95 monthly charge weeks after your purchase and it is non refundable. Obviously they are desperate for money. Keep the $14.95 and you lost a long standing customer.
