Discount shown at checkout not applied, customer service said it was an exclusion. 2nd coupon mailed to my house was also denied, despite showing the exact cigar ordered in a picture on the coupon - I emailed a pic of it and eventually was told I'd get a credit in 10 days! TC was deceptive and made me run the gauntlet to get the discounts advertised!
