I placed a number of orders with Thompson Cigars online and then I received e-mail stating that there was something wrong with my credit card. This is the same card I have used for the past year. The charge for the cigars also appeared on my CC statement. I tried to contact Thompson Cigar but you cannot get them on the line. Especially Customer Service. Still on hold after 20 minutes.
Anything but Customer Service.
