I’ve had a very bad experience recently with Thompson cigars. I’ve been a long lasting customer for a very long time and recently I placed an order with them and the credit card stayed in processing for four days. I never got any correspondence why, any emails, phone calls, nothing. When I called they told me it was an internal problem on their end and that they were working on a resolution. I should note this is the same credit card I always use when I From them weekly. I ended up canceling my order and bought locally. I thought I would give them another try And had the exact same experience as the first time. I denticle experience. Except this time I called on Monday and was told everything looked fine with the order it should ship out on Tuesday. I called on Tuesday and was told that the order is still processing and then I would receive a phone call by 5 PM with the disposition on it. The representative said she would put a rush on the order and have it sent out to me the next day and she would have information for me by 5 PM. I never received a phone call. I called back at 7 PM and was told that they could have the order sent out within two days and all they could do for me was remove the extra shipping that I had paid for. Unfortunately I will never be ordering from Thompson’s cigars again. And I will be leaving a review like this on every social media platform.
