first the phone system is horrible a year ago they said it would be repaired. I ordered 4 bundles of cigars, the rep said if I order 1 more bundle I would get a 10 dollar coupon. What he did not say was the coupon
Expired 2 weeks after I got 100 cigars. I am sure I won't run out in 2 weeks. Horrible sales tactic. Only 1 of along list of complaints i have so after using them for over 25 years its about time to stop doing business with them.
