Absolutely the worst customer service and slowest shipping...HORRIBLE! Try and call them and see how long before you get a person...and don't blame it on the pandemic, it was terrible before. Order placed 1 week ago and still not shipped? To cancel you have to wait 2-weeks for the cigars to finally arrive and then send them back? This place is a joke!
