An order did not make it to me due to a Postal Service error. I've called and emailed customer service 6 times now and no response and no credit back on my account. I understand the Coronavirus is impacting everything, but come on, almost a month now and no response from them. Time to get the Florida Attorney General consumer protection people involved. Too bad it came to this. I had no problem until now and they are as bad as the other reviews state. Get my money back and take my business elsewhere.
