The customer service is awful. I placed an order, then 10 days later learned it was not released from the system. They assured me the order would be released and sent overnight. Well, that didn’t happen. Called on Wednesday and they said that they screwed up and would be sent overnight. Well, that didn’t happen.
They showed up on Friday and the cigars are damaged. On with customer service now.
