I've ordered a few times with Thortful but my recent order is what made me come here to write this. My recent order got lost in the post after being dispatched and although this wasn't their problem, their customer service agent Annabel helped me with everything and I eventually managed to get my card and chocolate's to the recipient. Absolutely top notch customer services and the card designs themselves are always my go to because they're unique.
