Thortful? Thourtless more like. Ordered a valentines card on the 10th which was dispatched the same day, however its not arrived. I've also ordered another card and roses to be delivered tomorror (14th) although I am not holding out any hope there either. Still says processing on the order and even if they do arrive, others are saying how appalling they are.
