Ordered 'guaranteed' delivery for Valentine's day and it's now the 15th of Feb at 9pm and still no flowers or card, whole thing is a bit of a joke to be honest. Sent an e-mail asking where it is, tracking hasn't been updated and it's now 2 days late with no communication. Disappointing experience all round and now I look like the worst boyf for not getting a card. Cheers!
