Fantastic customer service. The cards aren't just the standard ones you find on 2 other well known card sites. I had 2 cards in my basket and one needed to be create and delivered the next day because I'd left it very late to order. I personalised a message, paid and THEN realised after checkout that I'd selected the wrong card. I emailed Thortful late that night not expecting them to be able to help. First thing the next morning I had an email from Lucy from the team who said no problem, and even sent me a mock up of the correct card. Very impressed by the helpfulness, prompt response and excellent customer service. I will only be using this card company in future!
