Thorful has always been a good choice for online cards and I’ve never experienced any issues however, recently I had a scenario with a discount code that wasn’t working as predicted but the app didn’t tell me it couldn’t be used in conjunction. Ethan from the customer service team immediately knew why I wasn’t happy and applied an immediate resolution to my problem which is almost unheard of these days… I was ready for days and back and forth but Ethan was on it. If it wasn’t for him, I may not have used Thortful again. Ethan deserves recognition for his resolution focussed service. Thanks again for your help!
