This was my first time using Thortful and I was more than happy with every single aspect of my experience.
Thortful checked that my order had arrived (which is new to me) which highlighted I'd put in an incorrect delivery address. They offered to re-issue my card at no extra cost which goes above and beyond what's expected as far as I'm concerned.
The website, the delivery times and the card itself were all excellent and I've already placed another order and will absolutely be using them again. Thank you!
