I received a card I ordered which had clearly been damaged on purpose, even though the envelope stated ‘please do not bend’ I contacted Thortful with my issue, which they dealt with immediately. Their customer service team was fantastic and a new card was re ordered at no extra cost and was with me within a couple of days. I can’t recommend them enough.
