I placed my first order with Thortful and was really pleased with the choice of cards on offer. I received the order but unfortunately it contained the wrong cards. I contacted the company via email and they replied very promptly and apologised for the error and resent the order the same day. All sorted with timely and polite service. To me, this is what makes a good company by providing good customer service when mistakes are made. Thank you!
