Thoughtful has the best quality cards, ranging from funny to lovely! I have purchased some cards from them in the past past and it has never faulted my expectations! I recently brought some cards for my bother-in-law and mother-in-law, one arrived before the delivery date but one sadly didn’t arrive with it! I emailed the customer service to see when the card would be arriving and they where so lovely in helping me find out about my card! Even with the rough year we are having and them having to work with less people, they still got back to me quickly and managed to solve the problem and get the card on it’s way! I would like to thank the person I spoke to called Simon! He was very helpful and kind with helping me, I received great customer service and the other thoughtful team members I’m sure strive to do so as well! I’ve already told my family and friends about thoughtful and they all love it! But I will definitely be spreading the word about this too! I am definitely a customer for life!! Thank you again!
