The delivery was quick and product was exactly what I wanted. In fact, I made a mistake when checking out, ordering the adult tie instead of boys. All it took was one email, explaining my mistake and regret that I would have to return because I didn't have time to return the tie and wait for a replacement before my event in a few days. Tieroom sent a replacement without me having to send the mistaken ordered item first. It arrived in time and the return was easy. Excellent customer service.
