“The tie I ordered is beautiful! It’s the perfect silvery gray I was looking for. The customer service is above and beyond. My tie was shipped to the wrong address and when I contacted customer service I received a refund quickly and another tie was shipped. This shipment arrived very fast too.”

“The design is very beautiful. I was however unable to use the tie even once. My baby pulled it off immediately I put it on and the tie came apart. For something meant for babies, I’d think it will withstand at least one pull at it.”

“Just got a RAFINATO yellow linen tie, well made and looks fantastic with a charcoal suit. Everything about ordering a tie from Tieroom was top notch. I also had a slight initial problem with ordering swatches, which got sorted out super fast by a very warm and friendly Niklas. This was probably the best customer service interaction I have ever had, in my experience. Kudos all around, Tieroom! Five stars totally.”
