“I needed to order ties for our upcoming wedding. The style I wanted had only one left and I needed 4. I contacted their customer service department to see when more would be arriving. The service agent, Niklas put a rush order on the replenishment and contacted me when they were back in stock. They arrived in time to use my VIP discount and the service I received made me one happy bride! The ties recently arrived and are just as I expected. I would highly recommend Tieroom for your tie needs!”

“I liked the tie set I ordered, the quality was good however, the color was off as it was described as orange & blue paisley but was more orange and purple and wouldn’t work with my wedding ensemble. These kind of issues occur often when shopping online because of lighting and contrast in the posted images.”
