“These ties arrived in exactly the time it was stated. This was critical as they were intended for Easter. My husband and son received lots of compliments on their matching ties and my husband loved how the silk felt.”

“This was my first order from Tieroom and I'm a little bit disappointed in how it was packaged. For a $70 silk tie, I expected to receive it in something more than a cheap, plastic bag in a bubble mailer.”

We hear you and fully understand. The thing is, to keep our prices low ($70 for an Italian silk tie is a great price), we do everything we can to cut costs. Minimizing packaging is one of the things that makes a big difference as shipping costs are a big chunk of what you are paying for. Also, the environment is happy about us not shipping big heavy boxes. I hope you understand and that you are happy with your tie!

“The bow tie, kerchief and matching cummerbund are beautiful and match my dress perfectly. I would say the only thing I didn’t anticipate was that shipping from England to the US, I would have to pick it up at an Auto Parts Warehouse store near me. I expected it to be delivered to my condo directly. I almost missed the deadline for it being returned. Otherwise, happy with my purchase.”
