“The folks at Tieroom are Super! To begin with, I ordered a pre-tied bow tie when I meant to order a self tie one. I immediately emailed them and got an instant reply saying that the order had been changed to reflect what I wanted. Then, after I got an email stating the original order was canceled I contacted them again and they explained I would be getting an email about the "new" order! Courteous and patient!! Love it!!”

“I'm very satisfied with my new tie and pochets. One point for improvement of my shopping experience: after searching a lot for a matching tie and pochets en comparing colours on my mobile phone, maybe you could offer different options of pochets to combine with ties. Not just the pochet in the same fabric and dessin, but also other options?”

“The tie would not stay hooked. I had to take a safety pin to my son to pin it so the tie would stay on. So for the price $35 I was disappointed in the quality of the merchandise.”

“Tieroom delivered the items on time. The tie color was accurate and material quality was good. Knitted pocket square was chunky when you try to fit it into suit pocket.”

“The colors were much darker and less saturated than the on-line presentation. The fabrics stretch :almost elastic. I would have liked a more firmly structured fabric and brighter colors.”
