Hi! Sorry the tie was not what you expected. People obviously have different preferences when it comes to thickness. I will see if we can communicate the measurements in more detail on our product pages. Free return shipping is a tricky question for all ecommerce. We could offer that but would then have to raise our prices instead. Also, free returns tend to be abused, causing unnecessary costs and a strain on the environment. You should though be able to find a cheaper return option than $10. Just reusing the package the bow tie came in, adding the return address sticker from the receipt and applying normal stamps is enough and should be a lot cheaper.

“3 of the 4 ties I ordered were packaged properly. The 4th tie was not. The Abraham was wrinkled. Hopefully by steaming the tie, I'll be able to get the wrinkles out.”
