The design is very beautiful. I was however unable to use the tie even once. My baby pulled it off immediately I put it on and the tie came apart. For something meant for babies, I’d think it will withstand at least one pull at it.

I liked the tie set I ordered, the quality was good however, the color was off as it was described as orange & blue paisley but was more orange and purple and wouldn’t work with my wedding ensemble. These kind of issues occur often when shopping online because of lighting and contrast in the posted images.

I had to return the tie I purchased because it was not the same color as presented online. I was looking for a Hunter green and the tie I received was more of a dark teal green. Returning the tie was easy. Other than paying for the postage myself, don't have any complaints with the return policy and process.

This was my first order from Tieroom and I'm a little bit disappointed in how it was packaged. For a $70 silk tie, I expected to receive it in something more than a cheap, plastic bag in a bubble mailer.

We hear you and fully understand. The thing is, to keep our prices low ($70 for an Italian silk tie is a great price), we do everything we can to cut costs. Minimizing packaging is one of the things that makes a big difference as shipping costs are a big chunk of what you are paying for. Also, the environment is happy about us not shipping big heavy boxes. I hope you understand and that you are happy with your tie!

I had trouble ordering , maybe mainly because of my age. Called The so-called phone help number , left message never heard back from you guys. Had to get help from neighbor ! I am very satisfied with the ties, and also the delivery service and time. Now that I know how to I will order more items in the future.

Charged Foreign Transaction fees for what looked like a US storefront. Wish the site was more transparent or clearly showed that information.

There should be no extra transaction fee on your part. Our support will contact you, compensate you and ask PayPal what is going on.

I bought 7 pre-tied bow ties and they were great. Moreover, Christian was extremely helpful. The reason for the 3 stars is because they only ship via DHL. I had to wait in front of my apartment so that I would not miss the delivery. Had I missed the delivery, I would have had to go very far to pick up the package from the only DHL office in my city.
