The folks at Tieroom are Super! To begin with, I ordered a pre-tied bow tie when I meant to order a self tie one. I immediately emailed them and got an instant reply saying that the order had been changed to reflect what I wanted. Then, after I got an email stating the original order was canceled I contacted them again and they explained I would be getting an email about the "new" order! Courteous and patient!! Love it!!
