This is the 1st problem I have that Tiertime addressed (which is a nice surprise as I wasn't expecting it) and I am happy so far. My experience with the UP300 has been good (based on the machine I have on hand). Except for the Flat Cable, but Tiert8ime addressed my problem satisfactorily.
