Your service and components are excellent. On the other hand, your marketing strategy is not acceptable imho: I have to order parts from China when there exists TierTime distributors in the USA. Canada is attached to the USA - which is obviously much closer than China. The other significant issue is the price of replacement parts - compared to other manufacturers - Tiertime's parts are often 100 times more expensive - assuming of course you can locate the part from Amazon, Ebay etc... In summary, the Tiertime's products total cost of ownership is somewhat prohibitive.
