Your customer support was very good, but I am disappointed that a simple 8bit cpu would fail so very soon as gentle as I used it. Makes me worry what else my have caused it to fail. From what I have seen in the Cetus groups, they certainly fail too often. If the MK3 is much improved I will be a vocal recommendation, but if you don’t listened to the great fan base and their truthful criticism, praise, and thoughtful suggestions, within reason, they won’t remain when it comes to up grading to their next printer. I do feel the more open source, diy will serve you and them well especially if you and others produce great and multiple products focused on various needs. I for one want to print tough, light, impact resistant drone components. I also need a 220x220mm platform. Hey I am proud to have Learned so much with this, your MK2.
