Unfortunately, it takes a long time to get an answer.
My printer has not been working for months now and I'm a little disappointed that it takes so long.
Apart from that, I do not know if the problem is solved with the spare parts.
It would probably have gone much faster if I had sent the device to them and they would have supplied me with replacement.
