Tiertime was been very helpful when I had a problem with a spool of Fila filament, where the end was locked onto the spool and couldn't unspool, leading to airprinting and a ruined print. Tiertime replaced the filament for me. This is my second Tiertime printer - I've had an original UpMini for 5 years, and added an UpBox+ a year ago. Very happy with my results, especially when using Fila filaments.
