Excellent help and support from everyone I spoke to. Very quick responses to all of my questions and very quick to troubleshoot the problem. I would have liked the option to have an engineer come out and look at the problem and maybe this could be an option in future. I think this would have solved it a lot quicker, but overall really happy with the level of support.
